How do I return or exchange an item?

If I place my order today how soon will I get it? Will it ship the same day?
In most cases, domestic orders placed before 3PM ET (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday will ship that same day. -
I want to return my item. Do I have to pay for shipping?
In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Why can’t I return my item?
Two common reasons why an item can't be returned:
1. It's an item that can't be returned.
2. It's past 30 days from when you purchased the item.

Do you do repairs?
Lumtronix does not currently offer repairs on new or used items.

Does Lumtronix charge a restocking fee for returns?
If the criteria listed in our Return Policy are met, Lumtronix will not charge any restocking fees. If all conditions are not met, Lumtronix reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee equal to minimum 15% of the item's retail price.

How soon will an item that is Out of Stock or Backordered be available?
We aim to always have the gear you need when you need it. If for whatever reason an item is listed as out of stock, please double-check the availability listing to be sure we haven't already provided an estimated restocking date. If you haven't placed an order for the item in question, please call or email us. For an order already placed, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email or by calling (201) 834-6199. We'll be glad to look into this for you.
